Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brielle, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Work of the project shall include mobilization, demolition, concrete sidewalk, tennis net replacement, tennis court crack repair, tennis court resurfacing, tennis court line marking, asphalt basketball court construction, basketball court surface coating, basketball court line marking, site restoration, demobilization, and miscellaneous associated tasks at Brielle Park. Bids must be made in the standard proposal form in the manner designated herein and as required by the Specifications that must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the job and name and address of the bidder on the outside, addressed to: Clerk, Borough of Brielle, clearly marked on the outside: Bid For: BRIELLE PARK IMPROVEMENTS 2025. Each proposal submitted must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or bid bond, made payable to Borough of Brielle, in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, but not to exceed $20,000.00. All bid guarantees shall be accompanied by an executed consent from an acceptable surety company, agreeing to furnish the required Performance (100%), Payment (100%) and Maintenance Bonds upon award of this Contract. All surety bonds in connection with the advertisement and award of this Contract must be written by a surety company whose qualification and authority to issue bonds in New Jersey has been certified by the New Jersey Commissioner of Insurance pursuant to the provisions of NJSA 17:17-1 et seq. The surety company shall also be listed under OMB Circular 570. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq., NJAC 17:27, as amended and supplemented from time to time (Mandatory Affirmative Action) P.L. 1999, C.238 (Public Works Registration), P.L. 1963, C. 150 (Prevailing Wages) and P.L. 2004, C. 57 (New Jersey Business Registration Requirements). The right is reserved to reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, or to make awards to such Bidder who, in the judgement of the Borough of Brielle makes the most advantageous bid and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law. Doc Note : Complete hard copy sets of the Bid Documents may be obtained from REV, 330 Route 17A, Suite #2, Goshen, New York 10924 (tel: 1-877-272-0216), upon posting the sum of on One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per set to offset the cost of reproduction from the same website. Checks or money orders shall be made payable to the Borough of Brielle. Packaging and shipping costs are additional and shall be borne by the Bidder. Q/A :- inquiries or notices shall be in writing and shall be received by the Engineer at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids, weekends and holidays excepted. Inquiries which are received less than ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids may not be answered.
