Demolition, site work and addition to a fire / police facility in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The Borough of Waynesboro, Franklin County, Pennsylvania (Borough) is accepting proposals from qualified professionals to perform certain professional services work for the Borough. The Borough is seeking the services of an Architecture/Engineering Firm to prepare an architectural design for an addition to the existing Borough Hall. The purpose of the addition is to provide space for the Boroughs Police Department. The project will be funded in part through a Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) grant and all corresponding compliance measures are required. Information is attached outlining requirements for proposal submission, evaluation criteria, and the proposed contract. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
