This information is provided to give an overview of the scope of services/process to allow the proposer to develop a fundamental understanding of the nature of the Commissioning Authority (CxA) and Building Envelope Commissioning (BECxA) process to be followed. KCPS will evaluate and rank each of the qualifications submitted. Based solely on qualifications, KCPS will add all shortlisted firms to the KCPS "Toolbox" and then call upon respective firms for RFPs as project needs arise. A firm's qualifications will account for 60% of the evaluation, and cost will account for 40% of the evaluation. KCPS' evaluation committee will potentially interview at least two of the top-qualified proposers as part of the final selection.
