Site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; and for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Design & Construction Facilities Branch of the City of Ottawa (the "City") has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all labour, equipment and materials to undertake the New Storage Mezzanine at Fire Station 23 located at 1445 Carling Avenue (CF001406), (the "Work") in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions of this Request for Tenders (RFT). A bid deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price, in the form of an electronic bid bond, is required with this RFT. The electronic bid bond must meet the requirements set out in (b) below. The Bidder agrees that should the Bid be withdrawn within the stated Bid Acceptance Period, the Bid deposit may be forfeited to the City. No interest shall be payable on any bid deposit.
