Sealed bids should not be sent or delivered to any other address or location, and the Authority is not responsible for any late deliveries or misdirected bids. A Bid Bond must be in the amount of 5% of the total bid and must be on the Authority's Bid Bond Form (TA-44117) which is included in the Proposal. A Bid Deposit must be a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the New York State Thruway Authority in the amount of $375,000.00. Contract term: 6/30/2027 The Thruway Authority conducts public bid openings. Visitors who choose to hand deliver a bid and/or witness the bid opening are limited to one person. The Thruway Authority also uses YouTube to broadcast its live bid openings.
