Route 238 Landscape Maintenance The Contractor must: Be a qualified Bay-Friendly Maintenance Professional and have at least one Bay-Friendly Qualified Maintenance professional in a supervisory position assigned to the project. Have a valid California C-27 contractor's license authorized by the State of California. Have at least one employee possessing a California State chemical Applicator's License for the control of weeds, plant diseases and other pests, assigned to the project. It is preferred that the Contractor have assigned to the project at least one employee who is a Certified Irrigation Contractor (Irrigation Association). Have at least one employee who is a Certified Arborist or Certified Tree Worker (International Society of Arboriculture) assigned to the project. Have at least one employee who has experience with CalSense controllers assigned to the project. Be registered with the CA Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and have an active registration throughout the contract term.
