Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Bemidji, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Project involves the following items and approximate quantities: 24,289 CY Excavation, hauling and stockpiling on-site to location as prescribed in plans as well as sediment and erosion control at stockpile site. id security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid price must accompany each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The Beltrami County Solid Waste Division reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any or all Bids as they deem to be in its best interest. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date fixed for opening Bids.
