Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed Work includes the construction of approximately 275 metres of multi-use trail, placement of granulars, concrete pads, stamped concrete boulevard, concrete truck apron, concrete curb, the installation of a fire hydrant, London Boulder retaining wall, concrete pole base, pedestrian fence, as well as a catch basin and associated catch basin lead, placement of asphalt, and landscaping alongside of Brookside Drive in The City of Fredericton.
