The completed forms shall be included in the bound proposal and shall be enclosed and sealed in an envelope which is addressed to LANDER COUNTY CLERK, 50 State Route 305, Battle Mountain, Nevada 89820, and marked LANDER COUNTY GOLF COURSE PROJECT. Faxed Proposals will not be accepted. The principal items of work for the LANDER COUNTY GOLF COURSE PROJECT - will consist of (excluding bid alternates): the development of an additional 9 holes to the existing golf course. Work includes mass grading to establish new fairways, greens, and tee boxes; installation of a new irrigation system; construction of an irrigation storage lake complete with a waterproof liner; and hydroseeding and grass planting throughout the expanded area. The project also includes the installation of a booster pump and wet well to support irrigation demands. No proposals will be considered unless accompanied by a cashier s check, certified check or bid bonds in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to the LANDER COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT. No proposal will be accepted from a Contractor who is not licensed for this type of work in accordance with the applicable Nevada Revised Statutes and qualified by the Nevada State Contractor's Board prior to bidding of the job.
