As of October 10, 2025, project was awarded to ICON, LLC, awarded amount is $109,586.10. The Freeborn County Highway Department is requesting quotations for the above referenced project. The project involves the removal of an inplace CMP-Arch culvert and installation of a 65" x 40" x 58' RCPArch culvert and approach grading. Culvert to be placed at a 0-degree skew. The work must be completed by September 15, 2025. Once construction has started, the Contractor shall have 7 working days to complete the work. All construction shall meet the requirements set forth in the 2025 MnDOT Standard Specifications for Construction. The successful contractor shall enter into the standard service agreement included with this letter and must submit proof of insurance as detailed in paragraph 16 of the standard agreement. No compensation outside the schedule of prices will be paid unless changed conditions are observed during construction and shall be subject to approval by the Engineer. The County reserves the right to reject any or all quotations or parts of any and all quotations, and to waive informalities, irregularities and technicalities.
