**As of October 3rd, 2025, the project was awarded to Gold Star Concrete Inc, but the awarded amount is not available.** Reference Number 0000396250 The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified contractor to construct 2025 Core City Sidewalk Improvements , Project No. 2025-01-PW. All Work must be completed within 90 days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The work to be performed under this contract includes sidewalks improvements by widening sidewalks and making sidewalks and curb ramps ADA compliant. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents, as that term is defined in the General Conditions found attached to the Construction Contract Agreement. The Contractor will be required to coordinate construction activities with the City, Republic Services, school districts, special districts, HOAs and Metro Districts, as applicable. The Contractor will need to provide the City a 'transition detail' if each roadway segments on the bid are constructed individually, such that the work does not leave a blunt end once turning the corner from the project roadway segment.
