Renovation of a medical facility in Bluefield, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 18,000-square-foot, four-story above grade medical facility.
The Medical Education Center - Phase 2 (Project) consists of interior alterations and renovations of the existing Second Floor to become a new Medical Education Center located at 450 Cherry Street, Bluefield, West Virginia 24701. The Project area is approximately 18,000 square feet and comprises a portion of the Second Floor of the existing four-story building. If this Bid is accepted and a Notice to Proceed is received no less than 30 days from the Bid Date, we will achieve Substantial Completion of the Work by or before the date listed below: May 30, 2026. Final Completion will be achieved no later than: 14 (Fourteen) consecutive calendar days thereafter.
