Dispose of all debris and materials in an environmentally safe and acceptable manner, including but not limited to asbestos abatement. Contractor shall maintain records and provide proof for disposal of materials by providing weigh receipts and names of disposal sites. 7. Back fill all disturbed areas as may be necessary to restore and to match to original grade. 8. Rake area smooth, seed with lawn grass, and mulch with straw. 9.
