This Invitation to Tender is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective bidders to submit binding bids for the provision of Pedestrian Crossovers as further described in the ITT Particulars (the "Deliverables"). Question Deadline 09/11/2025 04:30:59 PM ET Prior to the Deadline for Questions, Bidders may ask questions or seek additional information in relation to this ITT through the Bidding System using the Submit a Question link associated with this bid opportunity The general scope of work is as follows: installation of 3 solar powered Level 2 Type C pedestrian crossovers; streetlighting; concrete ramps and tactile walking surface indicator plates; curb replacement; topsoil and sod; signage; pavement markings; and restoration. Time-frame for Delivery of Goods or Services, or the Duration of the Contract Completion by end of 2025 Bid Security required in an amount equal to 10% of the bid amount.
