Renovation of a fire / police facility in Greenville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Provide labor and material to remove current underlayment and shingles. Identify and quantify any deteriorated roof sheathing and siding, install new architectural shingles and other associated items to complete roof replacement. There are two-unit pricings for Sq. Ft. sheathing repair and Linear Ft. for siding repair. There is an Add Alternate to install new gutters in the identify areas. The City of Greenville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality and award contracts that appear to be in its best interest. The right is reserved to hold any or all proposals for a period of sixty (60) days from the bid opening thereof.
