Removal of existing granular surfaced cap sheet, built-up roofing system, coverboard, insulation, and flashings. 2. Furnishing and installing a new base sheet, flat and tapered polyisocyanurate insulation, coverboard, and new two-ply modified bitumen roofing system and all associated miscellaneous work specified herein. 3. Removal of existing clay tile roofing, underlayment, wood battens, and flashings. a. Clean and Store clay tile roofing for reuse. 4. Furnishing new clay tile roofing, underlayment, wood blocking, and flashings. Reinstalling existing clay tile roofing. a. Furnishing approximately 15% new tile. 5. Removal of existing roof divider covers, sheet metal crickets, sidewall flashings, apron flashings, gutters, downspouts, gutter deflectors, and metal flashing at areas designated on drawings. 6. Furnishing and installing new roof divider covers, retro-fit roof drains, gutters, downspouts, edge metal and any other associated miscellaneous metal components. 7.
