Reference Number 0000396840 Town of Snowmass Village (the "town or owner") is seeking a contractor for the Benedict Park Stairs project as described in Exhibit A ("Project") of the attached Construction Contract in the Town of Snowmass Village, Colorado. The Intent of this Invitation for Bid ("IFB") is to have a contractor ("Bidder") submit a written response ("Bid") to specifically address the services and materials required, fees, and provide a well-considered plan of execution for the Project. The purpose of this project is to install a steel staircase and associate pedestrian infrastructure in Benedict Park. It is intended that this repair and construction will conform to the Town's aesthetic, structural, and design specifications found in EXHIBIT B. All Bids and correspondence related to this IFB and the scope of work will be conducted in English.
