This project includes Tenant improvementslocatedinthesouthern end of the first floor of the building. The Labs are comprised of two suites of wet labs, andanothersuitehousing associated administrative offices (collectively referred to as lab), including: North Lab: Wet Labs, Tissue Culture Rooms, Support and Equipment Spaces. South Lab: Wet Labs, Tissue Culture Rooms, Support and Equipment Spaces. North Office Suite: Private Offices and Administrative Support.
