Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The project consists of a new 50-acre site with a Library/Community Center building, restroom buildings, concession/storage building, Little League baseball fields, softball fields, batting cages, pickleball courts, sand volleyball courts, playground, fabric shade structures, pavilion, and walking trail (the site work and play fields/play courts have already bid under separate contract). Scopes include, but are not limited to the following: concrete; masonry; structural steel; light gauge metal trusses, fiber cement siding, roofing; sealants & waterproofing; doors, frames, & hardware; overhead doors; aluminum windows & storefront; gypsum wallboard assemblies; stucco; acoustical ceilings; resilient flooring; tile flooring/walls; painting; toilet compartments (toilet accessories furnished by Owner); fire extinguishers; fabric shade structures; Bahama shutters; flagpole; playground equipment; pavilions; ice machines; casework; bleachers; plumbing; HVAC; electrical; fencing; and landscaping/irrigation.
