This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland ("State"): Overhead Door Maintenance, Services, and Repairs for SHA St. Mary's County Facilities for a 3-year period... The purpose of this solicitation is to award a contract to perform full maintenance and repairs as necessary on all Overhead Doors, and repairs to overhead and other entrance doors on an as "needed basis". Services and maintenance at both SHA Leonardtown Maintenance Shop facilities in St. Mary's County for a 3-year period. The Leonardtown Maintenance Facility has a total of 21 overhead doors, and the satellite Facility has 1 overhead door to be covered under this agreement. Door sizes run from 8' x 10' to 14' to 20'. All doors are sectional overhead doors on tracks.
