Reference Number 0000301838 This project involves the reconstruction of the concrete sidewalk along the west side of PR 206 (Main Street) in Landmark, from Centre Ave N to the southernmost driveway approach. The scope includes new concrete sidewalk construction, driveway crossings, drainage improvements, landscaping, utility coordination, and related site works. Each tender must include a Bid Bond equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the total tendered price, issued by a recognized surety company licensed in Manitoba. A Consent of Surety must also be provided, confirming that the bidder, if awarded the contract, will be issued a Performance Bond and Labour & Materials Bond as required. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
