Reference Number 0000421811 Rio Blanco County is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the Meeker Airport Fuel Farm Project at Coulter Field (EEO). The project consists of the replacement of the existing in-ground fuel system with a new aboveground fuel storage and dispensing facility. Work includes furnishing and installing two (2) 12,000-gallon UL-2085 aboveground storage tanks (AvGas and Jet-A), fuel dispensing systems, monitoring and fuel management systems, and all associated piping, safety, and control components. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete, fully operational, and code-compliant system in coordination with owner-provided electrical and site infrastructure. The project must comply with all applicable FAA, NFPA, EPA, and State of Colorado regulations.
