Site work for a fitness / recreation center in Methuen, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
The City of Methuen's Recreation department, a division of the Department of Public Works is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the installation only of Outdoor Fitness equipment. No Bid may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days, Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays excluded, after the opening of bids. No Bid will be considered which is not accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, payable to the "City of Methuen". The bidding and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B. The City of Methuen reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding if it is deeded to be in the best interest for the City to do so. Question Deadline 09/11/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Deadline for submitting questions All questions by prospective Bidders as to the interpretation of Notice to Contractors, form of proposals, form of contract, plans and specifications must be submitted in writing through the following email purchasing@methuen.gov or all bidders to view not less than two (2) calendar days before the date of the opening, interpretations of all questions raised which, in their opinion, require interpretation 342-0-0000-000-090-00-0-505008-25001
