A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Stanislaus County Department of Public Works is now accepting bids for the West Modesto Sewer Infrastructure Project Spencer/Marshall Neighbourhood (County Area 7) Phase 3 project. The work to be accomplished includes construction of new gravity sewer system and replacement of pavement. Question Deadline 10/08/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Contractors are invited to submit electronic, formal bids for the West Modest Sewer Infrastructure Project Spencer/Marshall Neighborhood (County Area 7) Phase 3 project. Estimated construction cost for this project is less than $2,225,000. The work to be accomplished includes construction of new gravity sewer system and replacement of pavement. Other such items and details not mentioned herein that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications or Special Provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed, or detailed. Oral interpretations shall not be made to any bidder as to the meaning of any of the contract documents or be effective to modify any of the provisions of the contract documents.
