Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Granger, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Granger is soliciting competitive quotations for the Park Grading Improvements. The project involves site grading of the new City Park property located on Sycamore Street in the northern part of the City of Granger. No bid security is required to submit a quotation. The Contractor awarded contract must provide a payment and performance bond as required under the Code of Iowa based on the anticipated value of the award of contract. Under Schedule 1 all work on the project is to be completed by December 31, 2025. Under Schedule 2 all work on the project is to be completed by June 15, 2026. Contractors can submit a quotation for Schedule 1 only, Schedule 2 only or both Schedule 1 and 2. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Rejection could include the value of the lowest competitive quotation exceeding the $206,000 threshold under the Code of Iowa for Competitive Quotations for Vertical Infrastructure. Contractor responsible to repair any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years after acceptance of the project. No maintenance bond required.
