Renovation of a municipal facility in Glenrock, Wyoming. Working plans call for the renovation of a 3,120-square-foot municipal facility.

A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” Converse County, Wyoming invites qualified Design/Build teams to submit proposals for the renovation of a 3,120 sq. ft. commercial building located at 215 S. 4th Street, Glenrock, Wyoming, into office space for multiple County departments. The Project includes architectural design, interior construction, and inspection/upgrades to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, exterior materials and windows, and fire suppression systems. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal that best serves the interest of the County. Questions Deadline: Friday, October 3, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Karen Rimmer, County Clerk, to karen.rimmer@conversecountywy.gov or in person to the address above. The Project includes architectural design, interior construction, and inspection/upgrades to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, exterior materials and windows, and fire suppression systems. . The facility will house a minimum of three County departments, each requiring dedicated office space and support spaces, as well as flex office space, a shared breakroom, a conference room, and a 150-square foot (minimum) space for technological improvements and considerations. The structure is sound but has not been improved with the exception of the roofing system, which is new. While some building systems may remain serviceable, a full inspection is necessary to identify deficiencies and bring all systems to current code and operational standards, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression. The County's goals for this project include: Providing a safe, functional, and code-compliant workspace. Designing an efficient layout that improves workflow and public access. Provide -space for County's network and technology systems. Incorporating energy-efficient and sustainable building practices. Provide opportunities for area contractors. The project generally consists of the following: A. Architectural Design Design for a minimum of three department offices and one flex office, including shared/support spaces to be approved by the Board of County Commissioners. Incorporation of accessibility requirements (ADA compliance). Interior finishes suitable for professional office use. Exterior design for additional windows and finishes as necessary. Landscaping as needed and required by local zoning and building codes.
