The United States Coast Guard Station Freeport, TX is accepting proposals for a Firm-Fixed Price Service Contract to repair and replace two roll top garage doors located on the premises. The replacement must ensure that the garage doors are fully operational. No additional work will be authorized without the written consent of the contracting officer. Applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Wage Determination Number 2015-5233 (dated 07/08/2025) apply to this solicitation. Site visits must be scheduled through the Engineer Petty Officer. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the following unless noted below: ITEM NAME Remove Garage door to MK Shop and Garage Door to Civil Bay and install new like kind garage doors and associated hardware Complete function test of new garage doors and associated hardware. All Materials and Labor as provided by contractor must be complete, comparable to existing and approved by Contracting Officer. REQUIREMENTS: SCOPE Remove the Garage door and opener in MK Shop, Garage Door to Civil Bay and install new garage doors and associated hardware. both doors will have new electric door openers installed. Complete function test of new garage doors and associated hardware. Remove and dispose of old doors and hardware off property.
