Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Kingston, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

A. This work consists of pavement preparation, installation of a three coat system consisting of two (2) filler coats and one (1) finish coat; surface preparation, masking, hand painting, court striping, and cleanup. B. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to prepare the pavement for color coating and striping as shown on the plans and specified herein. Keiper Park Tennis & Pickleball Project, generally consisting of the construction of a tennis court resurfacing, tennis court appurtenances, fencing, site lighting and all incidental work related thereto. Question Deadline 09/25/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions will be received at online. All construction Work is included in one (1) Prime Contract. All Bids shall be on a unit and/or lump sum price basis. Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a "Bid Security" in an amount of 10% of Bidder's maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders; and (B) all forms, statements, affidavits and certifications, as more particularly listed in Article 7 of the Bid Form. A Pre-Bid Conference has not been scheduled at this time. Bidder(s) attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum wages and salaries in accordance with provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 and contained in the Contract Documents, must be paid throughout the duration of the Contract. This Project was financed, in whole or in part, by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Municipality of Kingston reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities in the Bidding.
