Solicitation includes, but is not limited to, the completion of roadway plans, structure plans including noise walls, DSR, TMP, TPP, estimates, traffic staging, PI, geotechnical reports/borings, PDR, field survey, stormwater design, environmental documentation and permitting, agency coordination, signal/lighting plans, local official coordination, utility coordination, RR, and transparency services.
