Bids are being solicited for a Mast Arm Replacement for the City of Fall River Traffic Signal Division of the Police Department, in accordance with the listed specifications. Project cost isestimated not to exceed $80,000.00. All bid prices submitted in response to bid must remain firm following the bid opening. Questions concerning this bid solicitation must be submitted in writing via email by noon Tuesday, October 7, 2025, to purchasing@fallriverma.gov.Written responses will be emailed to all bidders on record as having received the request for RFQ #26-01. MBE/WBE businesses are encouraged to participate. The City of Fall River reserves the right to reject any/all bids or quotes when deemed in the best interest of the City of Fall River. The City of Fall River shall be the sole judge of equivalency and acceptability. Prevailing wage rates apply. A bid deposit of 5%, and a 50%payment bond of the total value of the bid is required.The Fall River Police Department Traffic Signal Division, on behalf of the City of Fall River, intends to award a contract within thirty (30) working days of the bid opening.
