Description: Marin Municipal Water District (MMWD) is soliciting a Request for Qualifications from California registered/licensed architect and engineering firms to provide Owner Representative Services for the evaluation of rebuilding/rehabilitation of the Administration Building, Warehouse, and Water Quality Laboratory. Firms submitting proposals should have experience providing Owner Representative Services regarding rehabilitation and building construction to public agencies (counties, cities and special districts), and have an in depth understanding of California public contracting requirements, including the implementation of design-build and progressive design-build alternatives. Deadline to submit clarifying questions: October 17, 2025 by 12:00 noon PST SOQ and questions or requests for clarification regarding this RFQ shall be submitted via email to: Alex Anaya, P.E. Director of Engineering Marin Water Email: aanaya@marinwater.org and thagins@marinwater.org Consultant Interviews: November 19-20, 2025 (these will most likely be in person at Marin Water) Late submittals will be deemed nonresponsive and will not be considered. SOQs may be modified or withdrawn by written request submitted prior to the submittal deadline. Only those SOQs received by the deadline will be considered. The Marin Municipal Water District assumes no responsibility for any costs incurred by any firm in responding to this RFQ. A good-faith response to the requested information is solicited without the creation of any obligation between parties, explicit or implied. Unsigned SOQs on behalf of the firm will be considered nonresponsive and rejected. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
