Site work for a mixed-use development in Salem, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility, playground / park / athletic field, religious / funeral development and water / sewer project.
The work generally involves turf mowing and edging/trimming services necessary for grounds care at various locations in the Village of Salem Lakes. Approximate quantities of work include: Contract A (Parks) - 27 locations (48 Acres +/-), Contract B (Sewer District) - 21 locations (5 Acres +/-), Contract C (Central Services) - 6 locations (17 Acres +/-), and Contract D (Salem Mound Cemetery) - 1 location (4 Acres +/-). Proposals for Grass Cutting Services must be submitted electronically, and the Village of Salem Lakes reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received or to further consider any firm qualifications which may be in the best interest of the Village. SERVICES DESCRIPTION & GENERAL SCOPE The following items have been identified as the general overall contract work scope (see also attached Exhibits): 1. PARK PROPERTIES Routine Weekly Tasks: o Mowing turf. Trimming/Edging turf every two weeks. 2. MUNICIPAL SEWER DISTRICT BUILDINGS & FACILITIES Routine Weekly Tasks: o Mowing turf. Trimming/Edging turf every two weeks. 3. MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS & FACTILITIES, ROADWAY MEDIANS, WETLAND SCRAPE & VALMAR CHANNEL Routine Weekly Tasks: o Mowing turf. Trimming/Edging turf every two weeks. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
