Description of work includes the installation of stormwater improvements and asphalt placement to reduce flooding within the right-of-way on portions of North Atlantic Drive north of Ocean Blvd, SE Atlantic Drive, Beach Curve Road, and Barefoot Lane. The project may be completed in consecutive phases. The awarded contractor should schedule work on the north portion of the project during the off-season and the south portion, where traffic can be bypassed, during the season. An acceptable phasing plan will be required as a submittal for approval. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all pages are included. All Bidders are advised to thoroughly examine the Invitation to Bid. Further instructions and conditions are stated in the bidding documents. One contract will be awarded for all work outlined and described in the Invitation to Bid. The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive technicalities and/or any irregularities therein. The Town further reserves the right to award a contract to the bidder whose proposal best serves the interests of the Town in the sole discretion of the Town.
