Site work for a development in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey. Working plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
As of November 17, 2025, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. Sealed bids are invited for tree and stump grinding services. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked with the bidder's name and address, specifying the subject of the bid, and addressed to the Borough Administrator's Office. All bids must be completed on the official Bid Proposal Form and must meet the specifications, terms, and conditions outlined. Specifications and bid forms can be viewed at the Office of the Borough Clerk during normal business hours or obtained by mail for a $10 fee. Bidders are required to have all necessary approvals, qualifications, certifications, and/or licenses to perform the required services. Bidders should review the specifications for any potential bonding requirements. Compliance with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 is required. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract as it deems in its best interest.
