Sealed bids are being sought for Landscaping/Lawn Maintenance for the 2026-2027 school year. The contract may be extended for up to two additional one-year terms, with any price adjustment for the extended term not to exceed the change in the index rate for the prior 12 months. All bidders must complete all bid forms and comply with the requirements in the instructions and specifications. Bids must be marked in a sealed envelope with the project name, "Landscaping/Lawn Maintenance," on the front and delivered to the designated office. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting. No bidder on any list of debarred, suspended, or disqualified bidders may participate. All entities must provide a valid New Jersey Business Registration Certificate prior to contract award. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The Board reserves the right to reject all bids, non-responsive bids, and those from non-responsible bidders, as well as to waive minor informalities if in its best interest.
