Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
In general, Work consists of demolition of the existing pumping station and installation of new pumping station consisting of a new wet well, pumps, comminutor, valve vault, piping, valves, flow meter, emergency generator on elevated concrete pad, relocation of existing gas service, and associated electrical and controls. The general location of the project site, general character of the work, and important details of the work are shown on the accompanying Plans, Drawings Nos . 1 through 31 . The Specifications which govern the materials and equipment to be furnished and the work to be performed under the contracts are listed in the Table of Contents at the beginning of this volume. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount). Question Deadline 10/23/2026 Such Questions request shall be in writing, addressed to the Contracting Agent. In order to be given consideration, a written request must be received at least three (3) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bid for goods and services.
