Sealed bids are requested for the purchase of caustic soda and sodium hypochlorite for the Borough of South River, in accordance with specifications available at the Borough Clerk’s office during business hours. Each bid must be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope, plainly marked with the bid title and bidder’s name, and delivered to the Borough Municipal Building by the specified date and time. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action requirements (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.) and submit a statement of ownership as required by P.L. 1977, c. 33 (Disclosure of Ownership). The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids and accept any bid deemed most favorable to the Borough. No pre-bid conference will be held.
