Work includes all items shown on the construction plans and contained within the contract documents and specifications including, but not limited to, the following: Base Bid South River School District Mill and Overlay Parking Area includes but is not limited to: Site Demolition, Earthwork, Bituminous Concrete Pavement Overlay, Full Depth Bituminous Concrete Pavement, Concrete Sidewalk, Concrete Curbing, Drainage, Pavement Marking, Signage to provide a complete and operational parking area improvements in accordance with the construction documents. Add Alternate, if awarded, consists of Site Demolition, Earthwork, Bituminous Concrete Pavement Overlay, Full Depth Bituminous Concrete Pavement, Concrete Sidewalk, Concrete Curbing, Drainage, Pavement Marking, Signage to provide a complete and operational parking area improvements in accordance with the construction documents. Bids shall be submitted to the Business Administrator before 2 pm local standard time on or before March 13, 2026. Bidders are advised to refer to other bidding requirements described in Instruction to Bidders. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders are required to complete the Bid Form.
