Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Elkin, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.
The Town of Elkin is soliciting proposals from qualified design-build firms interested in providing professional design and construction services for a new Fire Department Project. Submit all qualifications to the Town of Elkin, Attn: Brent Cornelison, Town Manager, either by mail to P.O. Box 857 or 226 N. Bridge St., Elkin, NC 28621, or as an electronic file (pdf) to the provided email address. Submissions are due by 12:00 noon on the specified date. Submissions received after the deadline will be returned unopened. The project includes a design-build for the construction of a new fire station including design, permitting, grading, construction and utilities.
