Question Deadline 10/31/2025 Requests for interpretation of drawings and specifications must be made in writing to the architect not later than five (5) days prior to the date set for receipt of the proposals. Sealed proposals from contractors are requested for the Westside High School CTAE Regeneration. Bidders must submit a bid bond not less than 5% of the base bid, with the selected contractor to provide performance and payment bonds each equal to 100% of the contract price. The contract will be awarded on a lump sum basis. No bid can be withdrawn for 35 days after the bid opening. Drawings and project manuals can be reviewed at the Richmond County Board of Education Department of Maintenance and Facilities, and bidding documents are available from the Architect upon deposit. Staff offices and support spaces. 3) Interface existing High School buildings & systems. 4) Removal of tennis equipment from (2) existing tennis courts. 5) Resurface the entire tennis court for JROTC marching pad and restripe for one (1) tennis court. 6) Site repaving & canopy walkways. 7) Temporary barriers, fencing, covered walks, and access gates. 8) Demolition & restoration of portable classroom area located at north practice field.
