Sealed bids are requested for Bid Item #25-904: Retention and Detention Ponds Repair Related to Hurricane Helene Storm Damage for Augusta, GA - Engineering and Environmental Services Department. All submittals must be received during normal office hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. No bids may be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after bids have been opened, pending execution of contract with the successful bidder. A 5% Bid bond is required with the bidder's qualifications. A 100% performance bond and a 100% payment bond will be required for award. All requirements stated in the invitation to bid-including number of copies, submission timing, required financial data, and other instructions designated by the Procurement Department-are considered material and are not waiveable or modifiable by the Procurement Director.
