Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Steamboat Rock, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project includes the construction of two PCC parking lots, a PCC patch, a gravel parking lot, and drainage tile. ADA sidewalk and parking spaces are also included. Proposal Guarantee: $12,500.00 Completion Date: 05/15/2026 Each bidder shall accompany the bid with a bid security as defined in Iowa code section 26.8. Copies of the bid security will be accepted for those bidders submitting bids electronically. The bid security must be in an amount set forth in the bidding documents and made payable to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.
