The work involves furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to construct 24", 42", 54", and 60" diameter piping as shown on the approved construction plans, including associated vault structure(s), slabs, instrumentation, trenching, grading, concrete work, ancillary piping, and other associated appurtenances. All existing features impacted or disturbed by the contractor shall be replaced to as-good or better condition. The work also includes on-site electrical, instrumentation, and SCADA facilities, including SCADA, electrical supply, electrical and instrumentation controls in accordance with the approved construction plans, including appurtenances and other associated work. All existing features impacted or disturbed by the contractor shall be replaced to as-good or better condition. Each proposal must be accompanied by either a certified or cashier's check or by a corporate surety bond on the provided forms, in an amount not less than 10 percent of the estimated total contract payments. The contractor shall maintain during the life of the contract a protective liability policy and other insurance as required. Strict compliance with DIR registration requirements is a material obligation of the contractor and all subcontractors. Any bidder is required to hold a Class A Contractors License at the time the contract is awarded.
