Furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform stormwater infrastructure cleaning, inspection and trenchless rehabilitation services. As-needed work, whether on an emergency basis or not, assigned under this unit price contract may include, but is not limited to, the following types of tasks: 1. Clean the inside of stormwater pipes, structures and pump stations and remove and dispose of any debris. 2. Perform CCTV video inspections, recordings, and reports of stormwater pipes and structures. 3. Trenchless repairs and rehabilitation of stormwater pipe and structures. 4. Supporting tasks, for example chemical grouting, plug installation, bypass pumping and maintenance of traffic. The contractor shall supply equipment and resources at various Town locations in advance preparation of a hurricane or natural disaster, with the Town responsible for the cost incurred by the contractor. This is a 1-year contract with the provision for contract extensions. Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Town Clerk in both paper and electronic format, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the estimated value of the initial contract term must accompany each bid.
