Journeymen will be required to have their certified competent conveyance mechanics license (cccm) from the state of california and journeymen working within the city limits of los angeles will be required to have their journeymen elevator mechanic's license. The state of california (elevator, ride and tram unit) will inspect all county elevator modernizations and alterations. The contract time is 180 days to run concurrently for both sites.
