PURPOSE. Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED), requests proposals to furnish and install upgrades to an 18' and 15' Butler Farm Bins and related components per Exhibit C of the Sample Contract, approved equal components will be excepted. This solicitation adheres to Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages. The work is to be performed in Young America, MN 55397. Targeted installation date by January 31, 2026.
