Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth for the Scattergood Generating Station Units 1 & 2 Green Hydrogen-Ready Modernization Project. Electronic proposal submittals must be received via the eRSP system on or before 2:00 PM PT on the closing date. All questions must be submitted through the eRSP Q&A. For technical assistance with eRSP, contact the eRSP Help Desk. Bidders are instructed to read RFP No. 90815 carefully. The project involves work related to electric power distribution, industrial building construction, water and sewer line and related structures construction, power and communication line and related structures construction, heavy and civil engineering construction, concrete product manufacturing, power boiler and heat exchanger manufacturing, metal tank manufacturing, HVAC and refrigeration equipment manufacturing, transformer manufacturing, engineering services, testing laboratories, environmental consulting services, scientific and technical consulting services, hazardous and other waste collection, waste treatment and disposal, and remediation services. Site visit requirements include bringing and wearing safety hard hat, safety glasses, and sturdy, substantial footwear (closed toe shoes); attendees without appropriate PPE will not be allowed to participate.
