Renovation of a municipal facility in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade municipal facility.
A. The Project scope includes but is not limited to; General, Mechanical, HVAC and Electrical Construction for the Lehigh County Courthouse 6th & 7th Floor Renovation. B. Prime Contracts are separate contracts that represent significant construction activities performed concurrently with and closely coordinated with construction activities performed on the Project under other prime Contracts. Questions will be accepted until 5:00 P.M., prevailing time, on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. Questions will be directed to the Architect from prime bidders, only. All questions must be submitted via email to BRENNA HELLER ALLOY5 ARCHITECTURE bheller@alloy5.com The County of Lehigh will receive sealed general, plumbing, mechanical and electrical construction bids for the Courthouse 6th & 7th Floors Renovation Project. A complete set of bidding documents may be downloaded via the County's website. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site, and potential bidders are asked to meet at the Main Entrance.
