Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project titled "Fluoride Facilities Upgrades" will consist of three contracts: General Construction, Electrical Construction, and HVAC Construction. Sealed bids will be received via the PennBid Program. All bidding documents are available at no cost at PennBid. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check for ten percent of the bid total. The contract will be subject to Prevailing Wage rates established by the Department of Labor and Industry. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any bid. Question Deadline 10/29/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions shall be submitted online. The estimated vaiue of Contract No, 1 (Générai Construction) is $500,000 to $600,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
