Completion Model The Contractor Shall Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages Pass Kilometre A Liquidated Damage of Fifteen Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Will Be Assessed to the Contractor for Snowplowing That Has Not Been Completed Within 24 Hours Following Notification From the Contract Administrator (Ca). Liquidated Damages Shall Continue to Be Assessed Daily Until the Assigned Project is Complete. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: March 31, 2026.
